We get it – sometimes life gets in the way. We understand that sometimes you may not be able to finish your Flex event during the required time frame. If this happens, please contact us and we will see what we can do.
Officially, our refund policy is that we do not provide refunds once you have registered for an event. Once you have registered then your fees are put toward the overall charity donation and administration costs.
Unofficially though, we want to help. If you cannot or did not participate in your event during the required time frame there are a couple of things we can do. Those possibilities include:
- Allowing you to do the event even after the event end date. We can do this as long as we still have medals left for that particular event.
- If your event is sold out, we may be able to provide a discount code/credit so that you can register for a different event at a reduced price.
